Dr. Vipin was born in Trivandrum, Kerala. He took a PhD in Education from European International University, Paris, France and a Master’s degree in Psychology and worked as a teacher with the Ministry of Education, Maldives and 15 years of experience as a school principal such St. Stephen International School, DPS and Mary land ICSE His nationalist beliefs, fired by his readings in English, and literature, led him to conceive of an education programme in which practical learning would complement the development of the mind and intellect through critical understanding His convictions, along with those of other pioneers, led to the beginning of a new era in Indian education Indians would henceforth be confident independent-intended, and no longer the un questioning followers of European models and methods
